How to Enable Another Notion User to Copy Your Template
Step 1: Open Notion to the template or page you wish to share.
Step 2: Select the “Share” option from the drop-down menu. Click the “Share” button.

Steps to share notion template with others:
Step 1: Open up Notion to the Template or Page you want to share
Step 2:Select Open in the drop-down menu. Select Notion from the drop-down menu. Locate the template or page you want to share with others and open it.
Step 3: Click on the share button
Step 4: The sharing menu should now be visible. At the top of the sharing menu, choose “Share to the web” from the drop-down menu. Then, under Allow duplicate as a template, select “Allow duplicate as a template, as shown in the picture above. This informs Notion that you wish to enable users to use this page as a template.
